    i have been feeling un well for a few days, on Saturday night i started coughing blood and then throwing blood up, does anyone have any idea whats up with me.

    I would strongly recommend that you go and see a doctor

    As Harrow says, it could be one of many things, but you really need to get it sorted out ASAP.
