Not what I would normally watch either but enjoyed it.
The special powers are a bit hit and miss though.
2 blokes than can fly (1 of which also seems to be able to dream bits of the future).
1 woman who is invincible.
1 bloke who can bend the space/time continuum, and teleport himself to anywhere, forwards and backwards in time.
1 bloke who can read peoples minds.
1 bloke who sees/paints the future when he is smacked out of his head.
And the bum deal, 1 woman who flips out, kills people but then can't remember owt. Although am sure there is more to come from her.

Synopsis sounded a bit too much like The 4400. Trouble I have with these type of programmes is it seems a little bit like lazy writing. Have a major disaster? No problem, We'll just write in another character with the skills to get us out of it. Best new programme on TV for me - Dexter on FX.
There's a couple more people that you've got to meet then the story starts to get going. First series has just finished on Sci-Fi channel, altough you've got another 20 weeks to wait for the end on BBC.
is it replaying on any of the other beeb channels? i play 5-a-side on wednesdays so miss it and i have vowed to never use a video/dvd recorder as TV is 99% ****.
RE: is it replaying on any of the other beeb channels? Tonight on bbc2, 23:20 - 00:05, then second episode straight after it 00:05 - 00:45.
Or again on sunday night 22:55 - 23:35 and 23:35 - 00:15.

It's great watched them all. Particularly because the cheerleader girl wears her uniform almost all the time - tidy too.
