Had some in the States last year, felt sick as soon as I ate it. No flavour apart from a revolting aftertaste.
Not according to the EU British chocolate doesn't contain enough coco - they ingredient that adds to the cost and establishes the quality
Apparently it's only good enough to be called flavour processed vegetable fats

Thats what i was going to say Hershys is more chocolate than cadburys or galaxy, now bournville thats proper choclate
They were going to call it vegelate weren't they Also, Hershey's is supposedly nasty because it has to survive in a hotter climate. Our chocolate would melt and they don't like the Continental-style high cocoa stuff. I must admit, neither do I. That 75% cocoa chocolate is meant to be good for you (I mean, really good... not just not bad for you) but I can't bear it. Bitter as ****.
Seem to remember hearing about vegelate in the mid 80's I think it was due to the high vegetable oil content that it has as opposed to cocoa butter. I never used to like dark chocolate but, as I've grown older & my taste buds have started to need greater stimulation, I think it's quite nice. I even ate some 80% chocolate recently & found it quite nice. I could only eat a couple of squares a day though, too sickly otherwise.
