    So do we, it's called the St. George's Cross, the Union Flag is the symbol of the economic union that the Scots voted to remain part of not long ago.

    I agree and it is also the flag of the Westminster Parliament which Nicola will soon be presiding over in two weeks time.

    Miliband will be PM on Nicola's terms.

    Fallen right into Camerons trap, he's gagging for SNP to get as many seats as possible ,it gives the Torys the best chance of being the largest party . The Tories will then offer to get rid of duty on Tennants lager and subsidise Irn Bru and Nicola Cranky will jump into the Tory bed quicker than a ferret up a bagpipe

    Nicola needs a Tory victory to keep the momentum going in the quest for independence.a labour govt doesn't help them whatsoever and probably won't happen without a substantial quota of Scots labour seats.
    So unfortunately Ian it looks as though Scotland will have to put up with a Tory govt in the next five years or so god help us and the NHS

    Sorry Marlon I just dinna see it. Surely if there are more anti tory mps in parliament than tory ones then the tories can be out voted every time and it would be impossible for them to govern.

    You'd think so Ian but its very complicated tbh. I honestly think the SNPs demands will be too much for the labour party IMO.
    I think they have an agenda and have leaned to the left to achieve their goal,they don't have a traditional left history and even I'm a bit suspicious of that .hope I'm wrong and a left alliance prevails but can't see it.the Tories will rope in the Irish and lib dems and along with Ukip will win the day.
    If that's the case our institutions ie the NHS etc will be severely and unreconcilabley damaged.
    As I say hope I'm wrong but just got a nasty feeling that the left vote is too split.
