My first post here, Am buying my first season ticket since 1996 to 2000, been a arm chair fan since then but decided to get of the chair and get a season ticket this year, been to some games last season and seasons before but only a small amount of games. I can see the ambition and direction the club want to go and it's made me get a season ticket this year, so shows you the club is doing things right, so that's +2 more on season ticket sales me and my other arm chair friend. Am thinking of sitting in the ponty end, any ideas of which part of the stand is best to sit? Thanks StaincrossRed
Behind the goal. But you'll never get an armchair through the turn style, friendly or not. Trust me, I've tried,
If you're looking at the Ponty End from the pitch, there's much more singing in the left side than the right. So if you want it to be loud, plenty of singing, getting up and die all the time, go for the left side (low numbered seats), if you want it a bit more sedate go for the right side (high numbered seats). It's not that there's no signing in the right side, it just takes us a bit to get going.
Thanks everyone , really looking forward to the first game now. Thanks jay think am guna go for left side haha, if there's any seats left that is UTR
I sit in the middle of the ponty, row FF, not quite as noisy as the left side but still a decent atmosphere.
Yay! I'm really excited about this season starting, we seem to be attracting quite a few new/old fans. Roll on August!
Congratulations mate. I've taken the plunge this season with a st after years of going on and off, fairly regularly some seasons, not so much because of other commitments at other times. I'm properly hooked now, I just love this team and manager and the spirit they play with. Left side of the Ponty's were we sit and it's great, good atmosphere
