yes,i hope you are looking is it or was it,a sixth sense,or anticipation but whatever the incidents happend had i been there or not while i was driving a TRACKY bus the first one it was a Friday morning it was a most horrible morning a howling gale force wind i was to have a driving test it was my second time of rejoining the trackies i had left the tracky depot,in a double decker with the inspector on board making for the Bus sation as i said a howling gale force wind i had to stop at the Lights on park road whilst waiting i spotted a lady pushing a pram it would be about 10 am ish i could see she was strugging also i new she would have trouble going past the end house into a gap the lights changed i set off at a crawl as she entered the gap Whoosh, the wind took hold of the pram snatched it from her hand and tipped it upside down right in front of my Bus fortunatley it was a well made pram and the bairn was unharmed the second incident, was when i was early morning taking the day shift to Houghton main it was winter time very cold,no sign of any frost until, i left Ardsley, and as we hit the open area a line of frost, i arrived at houghton pit and had to wait for the Night shift round about ten past six i set off back to Tarn as approached that line of frost, i eased off my accelerator and sure enough, a army Motor cycle, coming from ardsley hit the Frosty road, and he lost it,i saw man and byke leave each other the Byke came and hit my radiator THUMP i had stopped by now the Cyclist ,came sliding and went with his legs under the Bus well partly i knew there were traffic coming from darfield i ran down the road to stop the traffic the miners pulled himout from under the bus do you know he did not have a scratch he was wearing one of those pilot looking suits with helmet and googles but we took him to the bus station the tracky took him for check to Hospital he was ok BUT,he was on his way from french leave back to Kirton Lindsay now the third incident, i cant really account for this it was April,i was on the Huddersfield ,via Kirkburton run a cold and frosty saturday morning about 10 oclockish the Bus was full to standing a t Kirkburton now ,because,of having to run to time there was no need to put the foot down i was doing about 20/25 ish enjoying the ride as i was passing STORRS HALL. the road very wide approaching me was a new car ,it was a Morris 11,00 a new type of vehicle then the transvere engine when suddenly,it went out of control it tipped over on its roof, and was coming towards me,diagonly it missed my bus i stoped, got out and half of my passengers were out i could see the driver tryiing to get out he was OK not hurt , i told my passengers to get back on the BUS and do you know i still arrived at Huddersfield with 5 mins to spare and report it to the Police never heard owt about it what you think luck, sixth sense anticipation or what thanks for reading

Sounds like very good driving - being very aware of the road, conditions and other motorists/pedestrians.
