... and I am an ex-drinker. As of this morning I have been clean. On the wagon. My drinking days are behind me. They are over for good. That's it now. No more pain, no more shame, just long days filled with energy, vitality and a clear head. Here beginneth the 2nd chapter of my life.

Terrible I can't do it no more. I don't know if it's true that the older you get the less able your body is to process alcohol, but it certainly feels about right.</p>

Well Cazi's done a year without cigs - bet you cant do till the end of the year without drink We've all said that it enough is enough but then 3 days later - well one little drink wont hurt
I've said it loads of times too ... ... and I bet you're right, I'll be back on it soon over the festive period. However I am seriously contemplating a new year's cessation ...

RE: im just looking at my Clock, Yes CLOCK its ten past 6 ,but the minute it gets to 7 no yellow cards or red cards accepted for 3 hours at least not even if thers extra time that thing that goes round in the clock dont go fast enugh then after 7 it starts blooming whizzing around merry xmas im in the bt directory if you want to send that cork wi a bottle under it i will finish it off for you
