Would firstly like to wish you congratulations on promotion, was personaly supporting you for the selfish reason is that it closer to manchester than swansea for away games and easier to travel to I would like to ask members and fans on this board a few questions for use on another site about barnsley fc, if it is allowed. I would like to know, who is your club captain?..best/star player and a player who is "one to watch" or "up and coming player" Any help would be greatly appreciated, and if this not allowed, i would like to wish you all good luck for the up and coming season. Cheers
I'd say... Captain: Paul Reid Star Player: Difficult to say. Hassell, Devaney, Reid, the new boys all potentially. One to Watch: Paul Hayes. Could make it and be a big hit, could flop.
Hayes...Pfff...would never have guessed
Still of the current squad you may be right although Togwell may be an interesting prospect.

Our one to watch for the future has just signed for Crystal Palace - Scott Flinders. We are in the process of team building at the moment so we don't fully know who will be playing for Barnsley and how well the team will perform. Our Captain is Paul Reid.
Exactly It wasn't a suggestion that Hayes is the best player (despite my opinion that he probably is), its just that we don't have that many players who could be the "one to watch". ff
RE: I'd say... Cheers guys for the comments, they will be very helpful, when i have finished my piece later in the week i will post a link of here, and if not representative of barnsley i will change it Again cheers and hope you enjoy pre-season

Hello Thanks for passing that message on but I can't stand in Scott's way of hopefully bettering (is that a word) himself. This weather is a little too hot for me as well. I keep drinking but still keep getting light headed, mum says it's dehydration and that I'm doing too much. Never mind we break up on Friday then I can unwind.
