Hignett as a legend

    I think Craig Hignett is probably the best player I have seen in my time going to Oakwell in terms of his ability and entertainment value. But he wasn't with us that long, although I'm sure pretty much everyone has fond memories of him as a good guy. Is he really a legend tho in the same league as redfearn and hassel?

    I think you are correct. I don't class him as a legend but he was a cracking player. One of the best in my thirty years as a reds fan

    I don't think he was here long enough to be called a Legend and he only played for us in the Championship.
    He loved it here but was soon unfaithful when Blackburn came a courting.
