    That both Davey and Robins faced; how to best get the results we need. Both previous managers worked at making us hard to beat and this usually made us dour especially away.

    KH has spoken of doing it differently but I think he had now seen what he faces. The added difficulty now is there are no extra funds to bring extra quality in.

    Starting today I think we might see a different approach. I hope Hill is a suck learner and gets the right reaction and show from the team today
