some may say its 'Sour Grapes'

but it does in a good many cases seem to have made a semi-elite group of YoYo clubs. Perhaps a lesser Parachute payment should come in and a bigger reward for actually earning promotion. Also players wage capping and even maybe investment capping too. The likes of Cardiff,Forest,Leicester,QPR to name a few come to mind instantly re:- the investment capping. These measures might make the reward of promotion more of an earned achievement and not just for the players..but for the manager too. Would the likes of Ferguson, Mourinho (spelling?) Mancini , would they have had as much success if they had not had a seemingly bottomless money pit.Think of the various dream team games in the papers..you all get a fixed budget with which to make your team, maybe that also should be the case for the REAL life game too.It would certainly show who exactly were the better and shrewder managers out there IMHO.
