    Says it's very counterproductive.
    We're all in this together.
I have to agree with every word he says.
The booing was disgraceful and very counterproductive.
Love a manager who tells it like it is and doesn't hide.

I prefer a manager who has a plan b when its not working and doesnt have to apologise for mistakes made when losing at home to Morcambe. Personally like.

To be fair to him he did say when the team perform to the level he expects but don't win then that's something the fans have to take, but when the team peform like they did on Saturday then some level of criticism can be expected.

I'm sure that is something the fans would take. And quite right that he should expect criticsm after two woeful performaces at home after all the talk. Don't agree with booing though.

    I'm saying October.

i'm saying same, i don't expect any points until then, but would like to see the team progressing a little in each game until we get to the must win game against Watford and the massive month that is October

    Tina...that's not what he said...

You've put your own spin on that..which is fair-enough, we all have our opinions..but this bit of your post.."The booing was disgraceful and very counterproductive"..it looks that its Hill saying that..and that is not true...
What he said was he can understand the fans reaction because he felt that way also....but fans don't realise the counterproductive nature of there negativity on the players, on the pitch..

But I don't think he cares for the ...I've payed mi money ill say what I like attitude....

Although I don’t agree with the fans booing the team, I do think Hill will have to get used to it if things don’t pick-up Sharpe:(

Why don't he get it right on the pitch before mouthing off in interviews? one thing l found out about him from the Rochdale boards before we appointed him is that he cannot take critcism from fans and on numerous occasions he had a go at Rochdale fans if they were boos during games or fans on the backs of players. Quit all the b*llocks talk on interviews and start getting some points on the board.

Truoble is Tina Hill has started hiding already with his comments after the Saints

Hill should be worried after Morecombe and particularly the saints match...

Tactics all wrong and players out of the positon

No you tool he said he can understand fans criticism and what makes football great is that everyone is entitled to their say. All he said was that when fans OVERSTEP the mark they don't realise how counter-productive it is to the players. I can only imagine you haven't seen the interview.

Those poor players on thousands a week might get upset cos they got booed !!!

Some of those players should never wear the red shirt again, I don't mind them losing 5 - 0 every week as long as they try and fight for the shirt.

Thats what you get will playing Amputee FC in our friendly games and buying lower league players untried at our level.

Now we are playing in anger against the misters its time to be stand up and counted, and if Tuesday I see that chimp Macevely pick an opposition player out for the upteenth time then I'll call him a tw*t and boo him.

If Hills players can't perform then I'd rather see the kids in

I was worried before the season and I'm even more worried now, lets see how we are after ten games in and I'm especially wanting a performance tommorow to proove to the fans they have the fight and desire for our shirt

You're right I haven't seen the interview and I was just basing my opinion on what Tina said. I stand corrected though and Hill is quite right in what he says

I alreigt then we're all in this together.

We pay money into the Club the players take it out.

Hill will be moaning about poor attendances next after he and his lower league players have us anchored at the bottom of the league.

I'm seriously considering staying at home tomorrow. It's not an easy choice to make. But this shower have the making of one of the poorest Championship side we have ever had.

If you thought Jaymac played well mate you must have eyes like Stevie Wonder!!! Worst leftback we have had in years. Paul Gibbs may have been as bad!
