Would he do any better? He had initial success at Doncaster but then ran out of ideas, then has had a decent time at Forest, with good financial backing. Cant see him changing too much to be honest.

Whilst I wouldn't be against him, there are a lot on here who would find that O'Driscolls ideas are very similar to Keith Hills as regards possession and passing football,
Don't forget the 'arsenal of the North' couldn't score much when Billy Sharp was unavailable, whether he would be able to fetch Sharp with him again is debatable now he's got him on Forests books albeit temporarily.

Would he do any worse? I'd give him a go but it's unlikely as Hill is not going anywhere.

No, Dean Saunders got Donny relegated last season after SOD was sacked and John Ryan decided to approach the second half of the season in Hollywood fashion.

no, Willie McKay did that after SOD got sacked.

spain had quality players capable of playing passing football. Our team is made up of league 1 players who arnt good enough to play this way.Its obvious that other teams have got us sussed,in that we cant pass and go forward to create a threat.
