Hill strengths and weaknesses

Strengths
Knows the lower leagues and can pick a player.
Players seem to like him.
Willing to give youngsters a go.
Has a confidence (borders on arrogance)
Relationship with Flitcroft ... Very strong unit.
Possibly as good as we could get for the money.
Likes swimming.

Weaknesses
Half time team talks / turning a game
Chopping and changing a side... No idea what his best team is
Arrogance/ talking ******
Taking on the fans ... A battle that if he continues will be his downfall.
Doesn't recognise that if he made more effort to pull fans together in a way he does the players, (as opposed to putting up barriers) we could actually have a " all in it together" mentality at this
club.

I'd like to see him stay, but would love for him to learn and to make efforts to pull everyone together.
