    am not knocking flicker and i hope he stays, but he and the players also have to take some responsibility for the mess we are in, not all of it ofc, but some

    Hindsight is wonderful.
    If he had been sacked 1 month earlier. All those defeats in December to teams around us has cost us.

    They certainly do, some of the players in particular. If only Flicker had got another couple of games.

    All the facts were facing Cryne and Rowing, pretty much after the Owls game at Oakwell:-

    * Previous season we would have been relegated if Pompey wouldn't have had 10 points deducted
    * 2012/2013 we were at bottom of points per game across all 4 divisions
    * Keith Hill was regularly spouting sh!te and alienating an increasing % of fan base
    * Keith Hill's tactics were awful (possession in own half)
    * Keith Hill's loyalty to players out of form (McNulty, Wiseman and his treatment of Hassell) was crazy

    All these facts were staring us in the face yet we persisted with him too long.

    I just hope come end of season, we dont have any regrets.......I fear we will.
