if observed on match days its apparent fitness levels have increased considerably under the Hill-croft regime.Current team is a lot fitter than it used to be.
Talk to the old boys who watch Training .
Proves we have a Team in development,on the pitch on a learning curve and first signs of improvement occurred last Saturday .Momentum has now to be kept up.
think we will see a gradual improvement as each match gains experience for the new boys in the championship. With the welcome introduction of Midfielder s Danny Drinkwater from Man united, and Cameron Park from Middlesbrough(wanted originally by Liverpool end of last season) .
This is not a Team orchestrated By a former Rochdale Manager (Steve Parkin)who took us into league 1.from the Championship.just where the similarity ends.
A bit more inventiveness in the box will bring rewards ,cant expect Danny Haynes to do every thing. some one should be following up looking for rebounds ,loose balls,be there if Danny does not get on the end of a shot, where the mid fielders have to take control of.
Confidence can be encouraged from the Bf C fans, give the young lads a lift when they do something right.
Glass half empty or Half Full ,nothing ventured nothing gained.
If we go into Oakwell to watch reds the positive attitude to OUR players it will permit-ate onto the field of play.
