For me Hill is doing a great job in recruiting and improving players at this level. On a shoestring budget he has brought in Done, Wiseman, Perkins, Davies, McNulty, Andrew and Vaz Te (have I missed anybody?) Most of these players have proven or are proving themselves to be excellent acquisitions. Vaz Te was an obvious example and it wasnt Hill's fault he had to go. I do think that both Done and Wiseman have the potential to really come on next year too. They both make errors (and Wiseman's can be more costly due to position) but similarly they are both improving game on game for me...Perkins has been a revelation in midfield too and who's to say that Dawson and Golbourne wont cut the mustard either. I dont think the centre halves are good enough overall however and I think that Hill will be looking to that in the summer. So far so good though in my opinion....
