    Even if he had nothing to do with football he just exemplifies what make a good manager, from organisational skill, articulating what he wants, to 'man management' . You would just want to work for him wouldn't you if you had anything about you? Dropped on big time with him.

    I really enjoy listening to him. He's a genuine fan and a good manager and this comes across in his interviews.
