There seems to be a bit of support for Hoddle taking the job on for at least the summer. I reckon he would be a good choice. He did a more than reasonable job of it last time, I wish he could have had a longer stab at it. He just needs to keep his thoughts on non-football matters to himself. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17521225 http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17510682
It would be a backward step. I already have minimal interest in the Euros, and if we gave him the job i'd have even less interest. He's done nothing of note for years to warrant getting it.
I can hear the FA officials now...."Well Glenn, we were going to offer you the job but DB2K wouldn't have any interest in the Euro's and we can't risk that" Hoddle - "I fully understand!"
