    Benidorm mate its got

something for everybody, don't listen to the people who say it's like Blackpool with sun cos they have either never been or not been for years. I don't know how old you are but that's not an issue cos if your young and want it bouncing then the squares the place for you, if you want to watch entertainment then take your pick of literally hundreds from sticky vicky to opera singers and every thing in between, some good some excellent some bad and some that are so bad they could be funny. If you want it quiet then there are some very nice and friendly bars (my favourite is the Green Bar, nice pint of Johns Smooth at a good price usually full of 40 plus kind of people at night) the Old Town is were you want to be on Friday and Saturday nights if you want to see local life especially Tapas Alley. The beach's are absolutely beautiful, both are long and sandy the one on the new town side gets busy but the one on the other side is quieter, that's were a lot of the Spanish go. If you want to pull you can't fail, even I could pull there, just don't be too fussy in your choice though ( if you're a looker yourself there's usually a load of crackers to choose from, if your not the crackers usually have a couple of mates that will be greatefull for your attentions, how sexist is that for 60 year old, ) Go for it pal, I don't usually recommend holiday places cos most of the time its down to personal taste, but to be honest I haven't yet met anybody that has regretted going there, any body that fails to find something to enjoy there, either go with a preconceived idea about the place and don't intend to give it a chance or they see the square and sink into their shells and fail to explore the place.

If you going alone I'd recommend a city break like Barcelona or Nice

Bang on the beach if you want to chill out/get some sun, plus loads to see and do so you won't get bored and you won't look out of place on your own like you would in a resort.

Also, its dead easy to meet/get chatting to people and its dirt cheap to get a flight and rent an aprtment or get a hotel.

Just got back from my stag do to Barcelona and it was awesome. i've also been with the missis and had a brilliant time too so its somewhere you can have any kind of holiday
