    That was nailed on the minute he admitted he was too scared to come out of the dugout during home games. Apparently this was to protect the players!

    I've never rated him, he got lucky and has dined out on it ever since. For me he is an poor to average manager at best. I'm just surprised Millwall have waited so long.
