Ordered a home shirt for my lad on July 2nd, after paying a 5er delivery plus a handling fee, they then said 10th August delivery. Now saying expected 24th August. What's going on?

That's just not fair someone at the club needs to take responsibility for this and sort it out.

I'm not sure why anyone is surprised. They did the same with season tickets, vouchers, and basically everything else where fans have paid in advance. It must be contagious because it started with the digital access zone and has spread so far that it's even infected Loko

We're told they're getting delivered yesterday, now been pushed back to September 10th! That's the 3rd or 4th time they've pushed the date back already. Joke

It’s still only an estimated date so it wouldn’t surprise me to see that come and go or change again tbh. Been an absolute car crash of a launch. Once again.

You close the world down for two years because of a virus and shut off the country from the rest of EUROPE (and pretty much the rest of the world due to trade routes) for ever more by voting Brexit and then blame the CEO of Barnsley FC because there are supply chain issues.

It's like blaming Gordon Brown for the collapse of sub prime mortgages in the USA and voting in the Tories for 15 years and complaining when you're in A&E for 36 hours without treatment when half your leg is hanging off.

But we haven’t been told of any reasons really. It was raised with a question at the fans forum and they basically said they need to check with fanatics.

Yet almost a week later no updates from the football club. That is something the CEO should be ensuring does happen.

Plus Brexit didn't just happen this year. Move things along sooner to get around delays. Get shirts for next season produced ASAP.

Really thinking about getting a refund. They've pushed my order back to 18th Sept. The day we come back off holiday. Ordered it a month ago

I thought the same. Embarrassingly bad from the club. Possibly not entirely their fault but let's be fair, the season starts the same week of August every year so it's hardly a surprise.

Just had an email, all shirts delayed until 18th Sept ( shipping date), ordered on 29th June. I've been given a 20% off voucher for next year's kit, to be delivered the year after.

Should be 20% refund this season. Instead they are forcing people who want the discount to risk next season being as bad. Just get them out in first half of June at the latest and refunds and discounts wouldn't be needed.

I feel, given the incompetence of all involved, getting a refund just isn't worth the hassle. I can see being left with no kit and chasing a refund for months.
