Lay in a nice hot bath with your head in the water (no not under it silly). then go to bed. The water round your head will help and then the warmth from the bath will help you get to sleep

If you are as ill as you say u are you should be lying down in a dark room, not arguing with people on a football message board.
    Panadol/ paracetamol, water and sleep.
If you throw up again, stay lying down and try to take the tablets again later. You need to drink water or it will get worse.
Don't watch telly. Definitely stay away from any more programmes on itv this evening. It will send your blood pressure soaring again.

Your headache could be caused by any of a number of things but I'm guessing the most likely is dehydration Phil.

You might not like throwing up pal but you need to get some water in to keep functioning. Put it this way, if you drink 500ml and end up throwing up 500ml, at least 20ml of that will be bile, acid and stomach lining meaning 20ml of water got in.

I'm no doctor but I'd wager that rehydration would be any quack's primary advice.

    Have a drink.
