    Hong Kong has had 4 deaths out of nigh on 8m population in one of the most densely populated cities in the world. Does this mean that masks may be more effective than we think ?

    Hong Kong have done testing pretty much everywhere because unlike us they put systems in place after SARS. We instead thought '**** it it's only asia'
