If he carries it on, I'm sure it will...

true but i think he showed some quality last nigth like SD says you cannot coach goals liek that it comes down to ability, I think he needs a little more consistency!

Who was the Plymouth left back? bet he was slow in inexperienced, Devaney usually performs against a poor left back.

So now we need a reason to say why he played well!

(doh) He had a great game by all accountsand scored two brilliant goals- let's leave it at that!

I openly slated him on here (not at matches). His tackling / tracking back improved but he's not been at his best for quite a few games. By that, I mean hardly beating the defender and doing the normal basic attempts at tricks. If we can get him back to what he was like at start of season, we have a good player on our hands AND Ferenczi will score loads more from that. Here is hoping for abit more consistency from Devaney.

Great second half ,Howard playing more in the middle,Devaney seemed to have more of a free role last night,he was all over the pitch.Best thing that happened was Plymouth scoring first,we had to abandon 5 across midfield and open up.Great match, worth the trip, and we were first out the car park after the coaches went, which was nice.
