ill get slated for this ....... but kid that comes with us every week (and by kid I mean bloke in his 40's) said when we met him in pub today that he went to get his season ticket this morning and when he pulled up outside box office Mansford pulled up next to him. said he was talking to him for about 40 mins and mansford was asking him questions like "how longs hes been a fan" etc ..... and asking if he was going today n next week. my mate asked about signings and he said mansford said that he was sorry we haven't signed sharpe yet but he should be at club by this time next week. so just hopefully wait n see.

don't blame u pal, im not for one for saying all the old "heard from a mate of a mate" but as its a kid known for a long time think its weird Mansford would say this sort of thing to a mate unless it was nailed on. personally I cant see how we could afford sharpe on loan
