Horlock rejects Donny deal Kevin Horlock On-loan Doncaster Rovers midfielder Kevin Horlock has turned down the offer of a permanent move to the League One club. The Ipswich Town player was offered a two-year contract by the Belle Vue side after a successful loan spell with the South Yorkshire outfit. However, with his Donny loan set to expire, the former Manchester City and West Ham United man has decided to keep his options open. "It's disappointing, but it happens in football," Doncaster boss Dave Penney told the club's official website. "We had made the best offer we could, but he felt he wanted to look at other options. "We now look at other players out there and have already started talking to agents." Horlock will return to Ipswich after the Easter weekend comes to an end and with another loanee in David Wheater heading back to parent club Middlesbrough, Penney has recalled Mark Albrighton from League Two side Chester City.
