Wednesday haven't spent the kind of money they'd need to recruit him for years.

    More chance of plaiting fog.

But the last time our side seemed to go into melt-down when they had been playing well was when we found out that Vaz Te, Drinkwater and Davies were all on the move and the heart of the side was being ripped out. As we are getting rumours that we are about to pay fair money for up to three players, I was wondering who would be sold to create the income for this. I just wonder if the Hourihane to Celtic rumour might turn out to be true. Might explain why he doesn't seem so committed to the team at the moment and might create the funds for the new signings. Just a thought! We'll see. I have no inside information other than what I have read on here.

The people who spin these rumours clearly don't go to games.

I'm not saying this to be critical or to try and insult him but as things stand right now he is nowhere near championship quality. He has potential but that's all it is just now and there are still serious weaknesses in his game. He will stay with us and personally I'm glad because I think he will be a good player as he develops.

He was really poor today and for me he has been for the last 6 matches. His goals have been quality at times but he seems incredibly powder puff and gave the ball away far too much. Wouldn't be too gutted to see him go but not convinced Wilson would bring in anyone better...

He might not be having the best of games recently, but still produced our best effort today - and also against Preston.

Can't be easy for him the pressure to succeed for us when he's surrounded by guys who can't lace his boots like Jennings and Berry. If we had another midfielder of the calibre of Conor he'd find it easier.
