He can be sold next season, set pieces and he's lost everywhere else

    He assisted our only goal.

    Terrible in short.

He's just stopped everything he was doing in the summer, barely runs at players, poor passes with the odd long ball over to the winger, he's a god at set pieces but rest of him is awful. I'd sell and out money towards Pearson.

We seemed to play a very negative approach to. Midfield. hourihane dropping in between two centre halts to pick ball up when we had no intention of moving it forward at pace. Found himself in space several times only to hold it up and move it sideways. We played with no tempo, no cutting edge, no pace and we were found out the longer the game went on. holgate, John and Lalkovic outdone time and again down the flanks and with so many free headers in our box we got what we deserved. Not many players came out with any credit but we looked like we were set up to not lose a game rather than go and win one.

Don't get this love in for Pearson. Will never be in Hourihane's class. Too many just want to see bread and butter headless midfield players.
Now just how many goals has Hourihane scored and set up? Ffs.

Hes replaceable. Any chance of him having a contracts where he can just take set pieces?

Set up the goal. No better or worse than the rest. Awful team set up. Very negative. Bad management (again)

Kyle Dempsey is in double figures from midfield at Carlisle and we wanted him earlier in the season. How important was O'Sullivan in the winning run?

I think we are lacking any creativity right now. JO'S gave us that.

Had players before that score goals but do nothing else, it's what they do.

If you can replace goals from elsewhere then move him on fair enough, but getting goals from midfielders isn't easy.

Even the great Redders was carried at times to let him roam forward, Hignett also but neither had square ball men amongst them.

I'd sooner see a bit more quality in beside him in the summer because I too don't see this Pearson quality and Bailey isn't much better.

Yeah Pearson is alright but he's just another Perkins type that runs around alot but isn't going to get us goals. Might as well play Bailey/Digby/Abbott. The **** that gets said about Houriane is ridiculous and off the back of ANOTHER assist. As I said the other week if he doesn't win player of the year which he should do by a landslide, it will be the biggest miscarriage of justice for the award since Peyton scored 20 and came second.

Maybe so but he's not our player which is another issue with me.

Absolutely no point having an academy if we are taking 7 loan players on each season.

You still hung up over the sacking of Wilson? You've slated everything done since then. Whenever something good has happened you've creamed your pants telling everyone that Wilson signed this player or that and whenever something has gone wrong you've got so excited to tell us how bad the managerial decisions have been that your erection can be seen for miles around

Has delivered half a season. That's no good. Still think heavy pitches are no good to him, mind.

If you believe that to be true, you wanna take up another sport mate. The sad thing is, we'll not afford to keep a player of Pearson's class. I wish we would capture him, because Lee knows what he's all about with the Oldham connection. Anyway - take up fishing or summat.

I'm happy that Johnson is our latest manager he has my full support. He has selected poor teams and tactics for the last few games. He's a young inexperienced manager thats going to happen. We are year one in a total rebuild we have done as well under either manager as could be expected. People like you got carried away because we beat a few **** teams. Again understandable if not a little predictable. The first test of johnson's management was whether he could get better performances against the better teams with the same raw materials. He hasn't done so. No big deal to me you wouldn't really expect him to unless you are really niave /have an agenda. The next test will be recruitment again initial signs are not good with Stewart and John being particularly average
AAgain I didnt blame Wilson last year for the failure of his last minute recruiting so I don't blame Johnson this year.

Have we shown any improvement for sacking another manager to satisfy sad sacks like you not really. Its all opinions. Last 5 games relegation form. Previous 5 promotion form. Consistently inconsistent and with the team we have at the minute it will be so regardless of manager.
