    Have you tried the council? They used to have a scheme called homechoice, where they had a select few properties (basically ones that had been turned down by others) and it became a 1st come 1st served basis. Worth a try maybe if ur desperate? I got the property i'm currently in that way. They do sometimes need a bit of work, but once ur set up they champion.
