How are Swindon gonna pay for Wise and Poyet with

a Salary cap imposed?</p>

Surely those two will take all the money!</p>

Bet they wish Poyet was still playing! Ive fond memories of him as my son whos now ten started collecting corinthian footballers when Poyet was at spurs and he was his favourite player.

Hes so clued up about foreign players its annoying!!

 

By the way i'm a Swindon Town supporter and we can pay for them just fine. Bill Power - a new guy on the board of directors - has invested £1 million in our club. So we have the money there and there's still more for better players. Also Gus Poyet is going to play as well. Both Gus and Dennis will be player/managers. So i think we are pretty well off.

 

I thought there was a salary cap.

Whereby you can only spend 55% of your income on Players wages.

I think the salary cap only applies to players' wages. Wise and Poyet will be regarded as management.

The FL site doesnt seem to be much use unless you are registered.</p>
