Terrible. Traore meant to be on Chelsea’s radar? He’s woeful except for his acceleration. Dennis Romedhall esque

That said I'd fully expect them to be right up the top end of the table next season with Pulis in charge.

Middlesbrough zero shots on target second leg.

Villa celebrating like they have won promotion??

John Terry Captain. Tony Xia chairman. Steve Bruce manager. Jack fecking Grealish.

Come on Fulham. Wipe their smug faces.

I wonder if there was anything in the Conor deal for us if they reach the Premier?

Shot shy. And they let Ash go on loan to Sunderland!

Not sure Fletcher is any better than Asombalonga or Bamford. They just looked powderpuff in midfield. Although may be doing a disservice to villa. They defended well. Still. Zero shots when you’re losing in the second leg. Good old Pullis. He’ll probably be pleased they didn’t concede tonight first and foremost!

Wonder where Ashley will end up. Leeds I reckon.

Reckon both him and Bree would have had a promotion clause in the deals, so we should probably want them promoted.

Interesting that all 4 playoff sides in championship played a 4 5 1 system. Seems it’s the way to go at minute.

I thought villa absolutely did a job on them, from the minute they went 1-0 in first leg they just shut it down! They are a smart team and the experience rubs off big time, grealish in the corner wasting the last minutes, hourihane standing over free kicks, jedinak is a master of the sly tactical foul! This is how smart teams play they put in the detail and have experience in the dressing room, hope Fulham go up but they will have their work cut out against a very solid disciplined side

Yes, in a game of scissors, paper, stone I think Villa may do a job on Fulham too. Put someone on Sessignon for a start.

agree you could tell Bruce had told them to not get caught out on the counter by Boro, Villa had a few counter attacks and nobody was going forward in support
