There was nothing to celebrate, and like others have said, other clubs' fans don't do it, so why should it be ok for our fans to?!

I said the same to my brother - we couldnt understand why anyone would want to invade the pitch after such an appalling season. Some fans just dont need an excuse to run on the pitch I suppose.

    Exactly

Could perhaps understand if we'd have won, but even then, it's been like you say, a real crap season. Should just be forgotten and prepare for next season.

I would have liked to have stayed and applaud the players (albeit the few) who have done well this season, but yet again the rest of us don't get the chance because a few idiots decide they need to be on the pitch

    And Nudger...tradition my arse

some just do it to grab a free shirt off the players.

so the players should throw their shirts into the stands, that would sort it.

other clubs do it, whats the big f@cking thing about it?

running on some grass.... Nothing was said 10 years ago about it. Was we all booted off and boo'ed by the stands when Danny took us up and we all went on? Get a grip, sick of hearing it on here like its a major criminal offence.

It is. Anything to have a good at the club or the fans is fair game on here.

    It is an offence tho`

Ten years ago there was something to celebrate, not like now.

I can understand it if we have had a great season and won something, but just for the sake of running on the pitch !!!!!!

    Why do it?

All most did was walk around looking like lost sheep anyway, so why did they do it?

so if we have something to celebrate its ok then

nothing said about when we did it against Chelsea was there, is it not an offence when we win? Worry about something else the Wolves fans aren't worrying and they were the ones on the pitch more than us. Get over it

    I agree

No need to cry over it. If the club just did its job and arrested one or two of them and banned them for life it would soon stop.

    because

its 'tradition' thats before it became an offence like, despite the fact club do'nt want it and the majority of fans do'nt. They will still be justifying it when some pillock pushes it too far and rthe Fa come down on us.This year was particularly hard to justify as you say what was there to celebrate?
