How Can Davy escape any blame

    There are several threads blaming Ritchie for today's defeat. Did Ritchie pick Rob Atkinson, even though the lad proved against Burnley that he was not ready for the first team. Did Ritchie pick Williams in midfield. Did Ritchie remove Reid from the action and go to a 4-3-3 formation which effectively allowed Wednesday all day in the middle of the park. I know who I would have prefered to see managing us today.

    Its cost Davey the managers job.

    The Oakwell1575 lads were saying that the new manager will be appointed next week , but that they didn't think it would be Davey .

    are the weakest link goodbye. Oh and don't let the door hit you on your arse on the way out. Playing Williams out of position when we had at least three others who could have played there in position was an horrible choice by him.

    The new manager announcement is fact - GS stated it on Dee Dar
    They were speculating that Davey had blown it - but havent any real knowledge on that point

    I think Davey was still in the frame - but surely today has finished that option - my big worry is its Blackwell but I have no inside knowledge and neither had the Oakwell lads

    Well i wouldn't mind Joseph being our new manager, as he would be better than Davey. However my source is reliable and asked the man on my behalf so cannot see it. However if we want to keep on the Oldham theme to replace Ritchie, then i see John Sheridan got a great 3-0 away win today.
