    RE: ***GINNER***

Click the link to the left of (Azureus magnet link) and choose to open rather than download it. That should bring up utorrent and start the download. Are you behind a firewall? If so that'll slow your download speed until you configure it.

Let me know if that doesn't work. I'll give you the more complicated version.

    Sorry to but in

but I've downloaded a few episodes of Lost and it takes me about 7 hours. If I configured my firewall would it be faster and if so how can I do it? Thanks

    RE: Which firewall

Azureus not sure about firewalls at all I have Norton internet security and AOL if that helps

Does Norton block IP ranges or just programs?

To be honest 7 hours isn't awful if you're downloading it the day of release

Make sure your upload rate in Azureus is set lower than your maximum upload bandwidth on your connection ie 20kb/s on an AOL connection

    That is pretty slow

Have you limited the download rate? It should be 100kb/s for a 1Mb connection or 200kb/s for a 2Mb. See if that helps.

    A wise move

I found that led to a more stable and reliable high download rate once it starts swarming.
