How can you not prove whether or not if you had a h and s certificate

    To be fair to SWFC,things were very lax in those days,perhaps even Sheffield City Council could be culpable for allowing the event to take place without the necessary certificates.

    thats why people shouldn't scoff when health and safety is mentioned, it's there for a reason every h&s regulation has been put in place by an event, but hey lets not let someones wellbeing be an obstacle to make money
