from East Stand I thought it had gone over

but watched a replay on Sky afterwards and they never showed it again at the time (I didn't watch after match summary).

I was back of Ponty right behind net and it def looked like his body was well inside the net. Not sure whether his arms went over the line though.

From gangway 9 ES upper the ball was about two feet from fully crossing the line. Well, 2' 1¾" to be precise.

    No way a goal.

    Close-ish

But not even slightly over the line. We were almost in line, East Upper.

Looked a goal on the telly

His feet were a good 18 inches behind the line.

His feet can be in Pilley..

it's where the ball is that matters.

In that case their keeper should have been sent off after about 10 minutes for constantly standing on the line of the penalty area with his arms stretched forwards holding the ball.

Its where the ball is when it comes to a goal/no goal, where the ball is when its a throw-in/no throw-in, where the ball is when its a corner/no corner or goal kick/no goal kick but when the keeper is holding the ball in his hands on the edge of the area the ref changes the rule to avoid making big decisions and suddenly its where his feet are

was this when he was kicking the ball out of his hands?

He looked close a few times, when kicking, to releasing the ball outside the area.

Normally you see the keeper holding the ball out exaggeratedly in front of him in those situations but I can't recall him doing that. Haven't seen a replay of it though.

I`ll bow to your superior angle and can believe it when his arms were outstretched but he caught the ball into the chest whilst standing well behind the line.

I don't mind that too much - as long as he gets on with the game (same goes for foul throws). Blatant time wasting is another matter...
