Thought we played okay again today but like the Doncaster Yeovil Wednesday game just not scoring.

Scotland for me isn't going to score for BArnsley football club.

Thought Steele played well, just a couple of dodgy kicks in second half.

Didn't think we defended too bad although I think there might be a change or two in there for Sundays game.

Just a bit worrying that we aren't scoring.

Mellis in for Perkins, maybe for Sunday, Nyatanga in.

    Agree with you.

    Perkins should be paid off

Not enough creativity on show today.

Mellis, a fit Paddy and Cykwa will sort that though.

We created a load of chances today. Just concerned too much punting to O'Grady down the left channel, he does well holding the ball up and laying it off for a cross, but so often there is no-one in the box to get on the end of it.

    Why can't we score?

    1. Four central midfielders, played in a narrow 4-1-3-2, none of them creative, no width.

    2. Full backs not very good at beating men / getting decent crosses in.

    3. One striker past it (Jason), two others just coming back from injury (O'Grady, Tudgay). Pederson not used to Championship pace/power.

    4. Not even sure Paddy looks interested anymore.

Crainie was good though, superb display of defending. MOM.

maybe because the last two managers assembled the most impotent set of midfielders/forwards we have had for many a year/

Mcourt isn't any different to a month ago, sorry but he's taking the piss. Just stands and waits for someone to pass him ball. Thinks he's some sort of superstar. Could have shot but thought he'd try and take five on.

As for off the ball, he's taking the piss in there too.

How long was Paddy on the field?
You talk like he played 90 mins and did nothing?
We looked more dangerous when he came on than before. I dont think he is as good as people were saying but he certainly aint as bad as you make him out to be mate.
