Virtually every player Hill has signed or tried to sign has previously had a spell at Rochdale

just wondering how he used to find players before as he must have signed players who hadnt played for him before when he first started out.

in ale house league a footballers a footballer if you can kick a ball and run about you'll find your feet and do well enough, so taking chances on players int a big deal, in this league you have to be up to the standard because if your not it's a lot harder to improve into a decent player at this level, so there for he's bringing in players he knows can do a job because he's worked with them before.

A very fair point............which I have thought about often.
If I have one concern about Keith Hill.......it is this one.

Why why why does he keep going back for Rochdale players ????? !!!!!!!

If we look like Rochdale, play like Rochdale, sound like Rochdale.........then isn't there a chance that we will end up just like Rochdale ?

Looks like local clubs in and around Mancashire and the odd one who has caught his eye in opposition perhaps, also picking the carcass of hard up clubs.
