I've got an account, I can buy my own ticket, but I want one for my niece too and it says I've got to assign it to someone. WTF is that all about? I just want to buy a couple of ******* tickets. Why is that difficult?
I've got to "Assign this ticket to a different friend in your network." I haven't got a sodding network. The day I get one will be the day I punch myself in the face.
You have to put her details in. So she will be ont database and they know who is sat in which seat, but am sure thas worked that out.
I can also "Add a friend outside of your network". But I need a membership number. As it happens, she is a season ticket holder, but what if she wasn't, couldn't she come to the game? Amazon should do this. People would be desperate to shop there.
In my case surely taking the details of a 3 year old and using for marketing etc isn't that grooming...

Yup, won't let me. Also, the thing about knowing who is in which seat, it's unreserved seating. I'm giving up.
I eventually got 3 tickets online, for meself and son (ST holders) and brother (occasional). Took me umpteen attempts including creating a completely new account which I didn't need or want. Eventually logged in to my original account (number on ST) and 'assigned' all 3 tickets to missen!
Is this for the Cup game ? I bought 2 no bother. *edit - at the time I hadn't activated my account if that makes a difference
I had the same problem when renewing season tickets online. I had to build a network and even when I'd done it all I still wasn't sure it had worked. Thankfully it did but the system is carp.
I bought 2 no bother for the cup but I think that's because I'm not a season ticket holder so I'll just get 2 normal tickets. Is it just season ticket holders that are having difficulties?
