    Most isp sites do a postcode search

    have you got cable tv or are the ducts run on your street?</p>

    If thats the case then you can get cable broadband.</p>

    Most BT lines have some capacity in any case </p>

    In all fairness

    there doesn't seem to be much difference between the 2 meg i had before to the 8 meg I have now.</p>

    5 meg is reasonable though and it'll piss all over your dial up.</p>

    Your post has made me get off my arse

    and ring sky to cancel and move to telewest, but the sexy sounding jock bird convinced me to stay with em. £19 quid for all the channels without movies and sport, plus broadband and loads of free calls or summat. Then still pay BT £10.50, so i think that works out cheaper than telewest, plus telewest will not be coming around to hack the house to bits. Plus i can cancel AOL bag o ***** B*ll*cks too.</p>

    Well done, saved me a few bob</p>
