from my old sim card to my new Virgin one?

Got bloody loads (even some famous ones) and it'll take me age to write the buggers down and re type em in.

Is there a place in town that can do it?

You're keeping the same phone but just swapping SIM cards?

If so, just move the numbers to the phone memory and you're done.

Copy from SIM to Phone memory with old SIM in the phone, take it out and put the new one in, copy from phone to SIM.

with only one phone its easy

As harrow says copy them to the phone. You will probably find they are all saved on the phone anyway not the SIM
