How do you activate your season ticket account?

Just tried to enter the ballot and told I'm ineligible (Season ticket renewed by the way).

Contacted the club and they asked if I'd activated the account, but I can't see how to do this.

Help!

 

Have you logged into the "box office" section of the club website?

There should be an option to activate your account on the login panel.

 

Thanks for the replies, but still no success.

I can log onto the eticketing site, but nowhere does it allow me to activate last seasons account.

Nothing on the club site which seems to help.
