are you buggering me or being truthful, i mean like right click a picture and go to copy, then go onto post a message and paste it but you must have rich text ticked on the control panel)
No I'm not (unless you ask me nicely) I understand the concept of copy and paste, but where is the RTF box on the control panel (yes I am not the best when it comes to techie stuff !!!) Ta muchly
RE: No I'm not (unless you ask me nicely) tis, its under the box where you write your signature in </p> <table class="bbstable" cellspacing="1" align="center"><tbody><tr><td class="messagecellbody" colspan="2"><select class="bbsdropdownbox" size="1" name="usesignature"> <option value="0">No</option> <option value="1">Yes</option></select> Use your signature? <select class="bbsdropdownbox" size="1" name="viewsignature"> <option value="0">No</option> <option value="1">Yes</option></select> View other people's signatures? Signature <textarea class="bbstextbox" name="signature" rows="5" cols="50">The Chap</textarea></td></tr><tr><td class="messagecellbody" colspan="2"><select class="bbsdropdownbox" size="1" name="disablepostcount"> <option value="0">No</option> <option value="1">Yes</option></select> Hide your post count?</td></tr><tr><td class="messagecellbody" colspan="2"><select class="bbsdropdownbox" size="1" name="userichedit"> <option value="0">No</option> <option value="1">Yes</option></select> Use rich edit box when composing messages?</td></tr><tr><td class="messagecellbody" colspan="2">Photo URL</td></tr></tbody></table></p>
what do you mean are you trying to attach them in the rich text format (doesnt bollocking work) or simply paste them </p> btw how you said that makes it sound like you are cpying the file, are you copying the actual file from my documents etc. or actually opening the file and then copying it</p>
if it dont work try this that someone posted a while back:</p> [img = hxxp://www.etc.jpg] with the spaces around the = removed.</p> btw i dont know if its supposed to be hxxp or if it was a mstake and is suposed to be http</p>
RE: ok mate Went into My DOCs and changed the way the picture was to be opened to "internet explorer" and there you go...wasn't worth waiting for though
