How do you renew your Season Ticket online?

    Has anyone managed this?

    I've created an account and logged in.

    However, i can't seem to find any box to put my client code in so it can find my seat.

    Anybody got any ideas?

    i struggled with this. at the bit where you type in your email/password there's a button underneath that says something like 'activate your account'. this should bring up the box to type in your code

    i had to follow the instructions on the back of my renewal step by step, it's confusing otherwise

    i had same issue but follow RLRED's comments above, thats how u do it

    yeah - dont create a new account, theres some text that says 'activate my account' - click this and then enter your patron code and surname and your detais are already there if you have a season ticket.
