Keefs words were that keeping the club up is an over achievement or words to that effect.

Can people see a spirit of 96/97 in the current squad or is there no grey area but just black or white ie when we are winning we are good and getting into the playoffs/when we are losing we are poor and going to get relegated.

We are one of probably a dozen clubs that could finish in the play-offs. I can see us getting there if we don't have the normal 'post christmas' slump.

I have to say I love the way this team plays the game so thanks to KH and DF for giving me a team I feel really proud of for the first time in many a year.

Personally think if he can keep the spirit of the squad good, not tinker with it too much re loans and keep the work rate/movement at the high level we have seen in most games then why not all the way.

Also luck, injuries and keeping certain players in January, so doable but tall order.

I can see us finishing high up IF

we can keep key players fit; when was the last time we'd got to this stage in the season with 3 players scoring 17 goals between them? Certainly a while ago now; I think it was somthing similar in 05/06 at this stage, with a quick head count, between Shuker, Devaney and Hayes we'd scored about 18 (Albeit Nardiello, Burns, Howard and Richards all had at least 4goals each too).
