How far was the ref away in your opinion?

    I just replayed it.

    About 15 feet at time of contact and with an unobstructed view of the pair. Morgan would have been partially obstructed by Hume but I would guess he could see the arm swing.</p>

    I froze it but the quality is too low to post it on here.</p>
