Been into them since hearing California Waiting on Virgin 1215 bout 6 six years ago Mollys chamber from youth and manhood is still my fave track but they are really polished performers nowadays sound as good live as on recorded stuff the yard stick of a good band, great to hear Caleb thank Britain for breaking them.

My observation of this band is....

when they first came out my mate was bang into em, had first few albums and saw em a few times at Donny Dome, couple of other lads were into them as well, played me stuff and i heard odd single and it did nothing for me. To me they weren't my cuppa cha but i could see they were southern hairy yanks who played loud and like to rock, so i thought fair play to em

Then in last year all i've heard is KOL this KOL that, all them new songs off this latest album are slushy, w@nky soft rock, they have shaved, gelled their hair and started wearing suits WELL DONE nowt like selling out to the devil

Now birds and mums are into them, pathetic

Not fit to lace the Gallaghers boots

Thats a very good observation, i couldnt get enough of the kings of leon and i think all there stuff is amazing but with this latest album although its good its been produced solely to appeal to the wider market which is good for them of course but for us who like the way the used to play its not what i want to listen to!

You're one of 'them' aren't you

"they used to be good but now lots of people like them so I don't."

They used to be a good band till they wore suits and shaved. The complete Barstewards! I refuse to listen to music unless the lead singer is at least 15 stone, bald, under 5'9" and wears a blue top and shorts. I don't care how they sound but if that **** changed into a green top then that's it i refuse to listen to them anymore.

Awesome band. Been my favourite band since Youth and Young Manhood. That album really got me hooked. Excellent music with great vocals (depends on taste I suppose though).

On a side note. Has anyone heard Razorlights new album? Top notch.

Yep he is of them - load of great bands have had really raw sounding albums and then a well produced one that appeals to many poeple. It doesn't stop them beinga good band.Metallica for example.
