It’s been a bit boring for New Year’s but his voice is amazing.

Shame it was filmed Tuesday December 12th. You'd think with BBC having a music show on both their main channels, at least one would be live.

Yeah, he's still a showman, I think he's on in Scarborough in the summer, should be a good night.

Saw him at Glastonbury this year and he was tremendous.

A large pyramid stage crowd loved him.

His cover of Everlong is fantastic, I was hoping he'd play it.

I was pleased to be out DJing for the first time in 3 months last night. Didn't get back till 3am, which has wiped me out for today, as I had a massive rig to set up / pack down & move. I'm mainly just acting as an agent these days, which I've done since 2006. It was still more fun than sitting in watching TV though. Looking forward to watching the game on iFollow, as too knackered to be driving.

I was surprised how good Rick's voice is. I always wrote him off with the other PWL artists back in the day, mainly because of the production & standard of the songwriting on those records. Obviously Kylie went on to be an icon, particularly to the gay community & fair play to RA making a comeback. Will never be someone I go out of my way to listen to, but he's certainly proved me wrong.

Didn’t they say at the time he was tipped to be the next huge thing but he couldn’t handle the pressure and walked away for years?

I'm not sure, but you could be right. I think the machine the PWL was couldn't have been great for anyone's mental health.

Bit under the weather but was disappointed with the NY offerings on the Terrestrial channels. Jools Hootmanay has just turned into a Swaithe WMC Derby and Joan night. Should rebrand it for NY as Jools Holland Wheeltappers and Shunters social club.
