if O'Grady and Scotland starts banging in the goals for us which sees us to safety, while SWFC (in particular) and Ipswich end up relegated.

I had a little thought this morning that if Scotland fires us to safety at Ipswich's expense their fans would be understandably livid with the decision to let him go.

it would be fantastic......however if i'm honest, even tho' they have some proper tossers as fans,I dont want wednesdays relegated,in an ideal world for me,all the local clubs would be in the same division.
local derbies are great and the rivalry makes it even better, but to listen to what a lot of fowls say about us it goes beyond banter, they are just rotten to the core.

You have a point. The thought of Wednesday loaning out one of their strikers to a rival, which in the end would lead to them going down, just made my smile.

That being said, they can't rate O'Grady much, allowing him to come to us considering the situation both clubs are in at the moment.

it would be ideal if they both yo-yoed on alternate seasons, then we could have derbies and still take the waz. It is nice to relegate them occasionally too, even if they do claim results elsewhere did for them.
